Samling: Lena Heggelund

Lena Heggelund er født i 1973. Hun har en bakgrunn som fotograf og har de siste årene jobbet med figurativ billedkunst, spesielt innenfor tegning og grafikk/trykk. Lena har utviklet en særegen teknikk der hun kombinerer fotografi, tegning/maling og trykk på en ny og spennende måte i sine animasjonsfilmer. Hun er representert av flere gallerier både i Norge og i utlandet. Lena fokuserer på å fange det eventyrlige i hverdagen, og ønsker å dele disse opplevelsene med andre gjennom kunsten sin. Hun har blant annet blitt innkjøpt av riksantikvaren for å utsmykke Klementkirken i Trondheim sammen med den anerkjente tegneren og grafikeren Runi Langum.

Lena Heggelund was born in 1973. She has a background in photography and in recent years has worked with figurative art, particularly in drawing and printmaking. Lena has developed a unique technique where she combines photography, drawing/painting, and printmaking in a new and exciting way in her animation films. She is represented by several galleries both in Norway and abroad. Lena focuses on capturing the magical in everyday life and wants to share these experiences with others through her art. She has, among other things, been commissioned by the Director General of Cultural Heritage to decorate the Klementkirken in Trondheim together with the well-known illustrator and printmaker Runi Langum.
